Use of archetype and profile schedules to review schedule estimation and planning. Ongoing trend analysis to support replanning and maintaining an achievable schedule.

Master Schedule Development and Training

Pudman Training Group has developed master schedules for HP, the ATO, Leighton, DIAC, DIBP, DMO and CASG for a variety of programme and portfolio requirements in ICT, Construction, Acqusition and Sustainment.
